PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a medication information provider, a method for providing medication information, and a computer program that can easily grasp information of medical products that are prescribed to patients.SOLUTION : The method for providing medication information executed by a computer includes : storing a patient identifier for identifying a patient, a medical institution identifier and information on medical products prescribed to the patient in a storage unit 224 in relation to one another; acquiring the information on the medical products related to the specified patient identifier in a predetermined length of time from the storage unit 224 (step S904); creating a list of the acquired information on the medical products for each medical institution identifier (step S906); and outputting the created list (step S908).SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 9COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
