PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide C1ORF32-specific antibodies, fragments of the antibodies, and alternative scaffolds, conjugates and compositions comprising the antibodies, for treatment of cancer. SOLUTION : The invention provides a monoclonal or polyclonal antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof suitable for treatment of various cancers, comprising an antigen binding site that binds specifically to any one of the C1ORF32 polypeptides having a specific amino acid sequence, and/or fragments and/or epitopes thereof.
