The present invention relates to the fused pyrimidine piperidine cyclic derivative represented by the following formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a process for preparing the same, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , X, Y and Z are defined as in the description. The present invention further provides use of said fused pyrimidine piperidine cyclic derivative in manufacture of a medicament for preventing or treating FGFR kinase mediated disease such as cancer.
