PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical information collection system, a refund calculation terminal, a refund calculation program, and a computer readable recording medium storing the program that can research more precisely what kind of income layer is a purchasing layer.SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical information collection system 1 includes refund calculation terminals 100 and an information storage unit 200. Each of the refund calculation terminals 100 includes : an input unit that inputs information on at least annual income and information on purchased medicines and information on a purchase cost as basic information; a calculation unit that calculates an amount of refund for a user based on the input basic information; a display that presents the calculated amount of refund; and a communication unit that transmits information representing at least the annual income and the purchased medicines out of the input basic information.
