摘要	FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Arcuate incision is made in the femoral artery from the acute angle of bifurcation with transition to the lateral wall of the common femoral artery. Loop endarterectomy is performed.
