According to the invention, the kit comprises a box (1) that contains two medicament delivery devices (4, 4a) and a video device (3), where at least one medicament delivery device (4, 4a) and the video device (3) are removably attached to the box (1), the box (1) being closed by a lid (2) movable between an open position and a closed position, the lid (2) comprising closing means (2a) for fixing the lid (2) in the closed position by detachably attaching the lid (2) to the corpus of the box (1), the video device being attached to the box (1) by supporting means (2b), the box (1) also having a detachable housing (5) for the medicament delivery devices (4 and 4a) and video access means (11).
