The objective of the present invention is provision of an efficient topical non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug of a new generation. Said objective is attained by provision of a topical pharmaceutical composition having an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, comprising ketoprofen, dimethyl sulphoxide, camphor, tincture of hot pepper, peppermint oil and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
