As shown, the left-hand image I S is reflected by mirrors 5 and 7 to pass through a lens system 9 and diaphragm 10 falling on the right-hand side PS of the film area. Similarly, the right-hand image ID is reflected by mirrors 12 and 14 to pass through lens system 16 and diaphragm 18 falling on the lefthand side PD of the film. A wall 3 separates the areas P D and P S so as to avoid mutual interference and a wall 20 is also provided for the same purpose. Mirror 12 can pivot on hinge 12A to allow for adjustment for the distance of the object. By crossing the images in this way when the photographs are made on reversible positive film the developed images are in the correct position for stereoscopic viewing.
