PURPOSE : To display a desired one out of many pieces of real estate information without increasing the memory capacity by storing all real estate display information on a single object in the form of a single piece of information and sorting this information as necessary into the open information and the secret information for display and output independently of each other. CONSTITUTION : The real estate display information is read out of the 1st memory device 3 and classified into the open information and the secret information by an information classifying device 7. These classified information are delivered to a display device 10 and also to an output device 9 as necessary. Then the information read out of the real estate drawing information stored in the 2nd memory device 4 is delivered to the device 10 and then to the device 9 as necessary. Thus it is possible to register the secret information into a separate file or in the same file with no separate retrieval for customers. Furthermore a real estate agent can get the secret information separately from the open information with no information given to the customers just by a single retrieving job.
