摘要 |
PURPOSE : To evaluate a land on each drawing without contradictions by calculating the value of a line optionally set in a prescribed region to obtain the maximum value of the coefficient of line value and standardizing the other lines so that it is a maximum line value in the region. CONSTITUTION : The lot and house drawing of a region to be evaluated is obtained from an air photograph and is stored as information in a storage medium. Information of line names based on a road ledger and field investigation are inputted to the storage medium. Information indicating characteristics of lines are extracted as patterns on two-dimensional coordinates, and coordinates of a line and a station S, a hospital H, a post office, etc., as evaluation factors are read. The coefficient 1 of street which indicates the use value and the utility based on a width W and the classification of the line, the coefficient 2 of proximity based on a distance (s) from the station, the hospital, or a pollution source, and the coefficient 3 of curtilage which evaluates the use state and the cultural property of curtilage based on a prescribed improvement level are calculated in accordance with formulas IWIII to obtain a maximum value of addition values. The other lines are so standardized that this maximum value is a maximum line value in the region, and standardized values are used for land evaluation on each drawing to eliminate contradictions. |
