A moving plate (6) and a rubber plate (7a) of a cleaning device (7) are attached to the surface (1) of a rear-view mirror, and an injection nozzle (8) is positioned on the lower of center while a base plate (3) being set up on the inside of the surface of the mirror and being guided by guide rollers (18, 18a, 18b, 20, 20a). The tension of a rope (5) is controlled by tension springs (14, 14a) in a bobbin (13) of a worm gear (12). The one end of the moving plate is inserted into the rope, and fixtures (16, 16a) are fixed at the both ends of the rope of the moving plate. Fixed plates (17, 17a) are formed on both ends of the rope which is positioned at the switching part (SW) to switch the polarity of a motor (4). The motor drives the worm gear while cleaning the surface of the mirror.
