Seal assembly 1 able to be placed between a first 2 and a second 3 element in relative rotation for closure of an annular space 7 defined between same, and provided with a baffle seal 6 able to be linked at an angle and integrated with the first element 2 and having a main annular lip 17, able to co-operate by sliding with the second element 3; said main lip 17 is clenched against the second element 3 by a helicoidal spring 28 accommodated inside an annular chamber 24 situated on opposite sides of the baffle seal 6 relative to the annular space 7 and communicating with the outside via an annular opening 26 having a smaller radial dimension than a winding diameter of the spring 28 itself. The baffle 6, furthermore, is provided with an annular preseal lip 30 defined by an appendix of the main lip 17, extending in projection on opposite sides of the main lip 17 itself relative to the annular space 7 and able to co-operate, in essentially fluid-tight manner, with the second element 3.
