PURPOSE : To provide a system which can automatically, quickly and accurately produce a real estate registered official document. CONSTITUTION : A registry data storing part 1 extracts only the format information out of the data on the land registry produced by a graphic production supporting device and stores the extracted information. A format pattern storing part 2 stores the format pattern of an official document related the registry of the real estate that has a registry date writing column. Furthermore a synthesization control part 4 is added to synthesize the official document format and the registry data together with an official document data storing part 3 which stores the official document data synthesized at the part 4, and an output device which outputs the official document data.
