ABSTRACTA method for locating available real estate properties for sale, rent or lease or for locating available real estate agents using a database of available properties and agents at a central location accessible by voice telephone by any member of the public who can select, using an interactive voice synthesized menu system, the criteria of desired properties or agents to be searched by the database to provide the caller with recorded voice information on the properties or agents located. A caller may leave a voice mail message for an agent. A real estate agent may access the database by telephone using a unique password to listen to his voice mail messages, change his agent profile information and add, delete or change information on available properties.
