A sealing assembly (1), particularly for a rolling bearing (2), of the type inserted between a first and second mutually rotating member (4, 3) to fluidtight seal a gap (5) defined between the same; the sealing assembly (1) presenting a first substantially rigid shield (7), and a second shield (8) in turn presenting a substantially rigid armature (11) and an elastomeric element (12); the first and second shields (7, 8) being fitted, facing each other, to the members (4, 3) so that the elastomeric element (12) cooperates with a first and second surface (13, 14) of the first shield (7) to respectively form a first and second seal (15, 16), both of which are radial, and the second (16) of which is formed in a radial position interposed between the first seal (15) and the second member (3).
