PURPOSE : To return the results that are obtained through group work and accomplished by individuals to the individuals and to understand them distinctively by making the members of the community life pay the amounts, calculated by subtracting the wages for their operations from a reference load amount each time a certain period ends. CONSTITUTION : A life community is accompanied by payment which is fixed by periods such as a loan of money for real estate that the community uses and a lease amount for movable property such as automobiles and payment which varies with the periods such as the wages for external employees, water charges and fuel and light expenses, communication expenses, food expenses, costs for events, and material costs for farmwork. For the purpose, the reference load amount of the members of the community is calculated by dividing the amount, calculated from the payment of the total cost of this period and the wages paid to the individuals as to necessary work that the community members do, and the total profits such as the sales of products by group work and profits obtained by the events, etc., by the number of the community members. The community life members pay the amounts calculated by subtracting the wages for their work from the reference load amount each time the period ends.
