PURPOSE : A real estate information integrated search system is provided to search a real estate information site and to carry out a hub site function by connecting appointed site indication and offerings detailed information view to corresponding sites.CONSTITUTION : A user accesses a real estate site and registers his offerings data. The real estate site stores the registered data according to its own data structure and opens it through a web service. The user performs web surfing with a real estate offerings information search robot. The search robot accesses appointed sites, finds out real estate offerings data and stores them by sites. A data refabrication program is operated. The data refabrication program compares data values by sites and rearranges them in accordance with a unified structure. The refabricated data are stored in a special file. The search robot finds out data suitable for appointed conditions and shows the list. If the user clicks the list, the user is connected automatically to a site in which the corresponding data were registered and the detailed data are displayed.
