PURPOSE : An integrated real estate auction system to bind up regional real-time real estate auctions in one is related to a real estate auction carried out using the internet based on networks in the real time.CONSTITUTION : A bidder accesses the homepage of a company that presides over real estate auctions(1), inputs his ID and password after membership subscription(2) and selects a desired bidding district(4). Then, the bidder selects a real estate of the district(5) and inputs the number of a bid bond, which was paid previously to a bank appointed by the company(6). When the number is inputted, the paid amount is outputted automatically on the screen(7).
