PURPOSE : A system for purchasing and auctioning information is provided to verify the reliability of the information provider' s information and to supply the information input method from the mobile communication media to a PC and from a PC to the mobile communication media.CONSTITUTION : The information is divided into daily, exam, financial, real estate, leisure, and personal(consultation) information categories. Each category is divided into advanced, intermediary, and beginner information categories. The trade window enables the participants to input the desired purchase and sales prices and a commission is automatically paid once a transaction is completed. The purchaser is provided with the information length and reliability level to aid the purchaser' s selection of the information provider. The information provider is supplied with minimal score and the score is accumulated with increased supply of information. The information provider initiates the information auction and the information is provided to the highest bidder. The purchaser can receive upto ten free information and cyber money or cash is provided to the information provider.
