PURPOSE : An apparatus and the method for insuring real estate via the internet are provided to enable the real estate to be transacted safely, by allowing a real estate agency to determine if a scheduled sale price of the real estate on the internet is proper, and to issue an insurance document including the analysis of the right and the investment in the real estate.CONSTITUTION : A web transaction server(100) provides a web page for the information of the real estate, and processes the database transaction on the web of the internet(300). A database(110) stores the product registration information inputted via a seller computer(160). A database(120) stores the information of the insurance document for the product. Databases(130), (140) includes the information of the seller and the buyer from the computers(160), (170), respectively.
