PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To electronize a drawing related to registration in the Legal Affairs Bureau in its early stages. SOLUTION : In the system, a drawing related to registration (cadastration diagram, real estate registration law 17th article map, plan equivalent to map, cadastral map, land location diagram, easement plan, building plan, respective floor plane figures, factory plan, work piece arrangement plan organizing mining foundation and tree plan) is scanned by using a scanner in registration application. Raster data and vector data are worked and application of the drawing related to registration is electronically performed by transmitting/receiving data through the cable/radio of radio communication, a telephone line, satellite communication, internet and an optical fiber line. In the application to registration, the drawing related to registration is scanned by using the scanner 3 of a user and the drawing related to registration can be electronized by transmitting/receiving data. Thus, the drawing related to registration in the Legal Affairs Bureau can be electronized in its early stages.
