PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the proplem on electroization of drawings related to registration in the Legal Affairs Bureau in its early stages, to use the drawings related to registration to the maximum, to effectively use resource and to save the expense of a user. SOLUTION : In the system, drawings related to registration (cadastration diagram, real estate registration law 17th article map, drawing equivalent to map, cadastral map, land location diagram, map attached to old land ledger, easement plan, building plan, respective floor plane figures, factory plan, work piece arrangement plan organizing mining foundation and tree plan) is scanned by using a scanner. Raster data and vector data are worked and the drawing related to registration is electronically read by down-loading data through the cable/radio of radio communication, a telephone line, satellite communication, internet and an optical fiber line. At the time of scanning the drawing related to registration by using the scanner 3 of the Legal Affairs Bureau 1, the drawing is corrected by considering the extension/contraction/distortion of the drawing, the precision of the drawing is obtained and it is scanned. Thus, errors between the scanning drawing and the original drawings can be reduced. Further, the drawing related to registration in the Legal Affairs Bureau can be electronized in its early stages and the expense of a user can be reduced.
