In one embodiment, the specification describes a method for managing geographically remote real estate properties that comprises the steps, performed by a processor, of providing a web-based display to a leasing agent at a geographically remote site, providing a series of displays for the leasing agent to input data using a contextual workflow format, and reporting consolidated data input by the leasing agent back to a central management organization in real time.
