PURPOSE : The method for supplying real estate transaction data using an audio response system(ARS) and an internet homepage is provided to activate the transaction of real estate and enable the transaction to be made quickly, by offering the information related to the real estate in a way that the internet is coupled to the telephone system which can be easily accessed by common users.CONSTITUTION : A client of the transaction of real estate makes a call to the ARS, and then inputs the information related to the transaction thereof into the ARS. The transaction information received via the ARS is collected and loaded on an internet webpage.
