PURPOSE : The system and method for cooperatively purchasing the real estate on the internet is provided to enable a purchaser to participate in the housing association, and to enable a supplier to sell the real estate at one time.CONSTITUTION : The system comprises the web server(210), the user authentication server(220), the service offering server(230), the e-mail service server(240), and the DB server(250). The web server is the program that can offer the service of cooperatively purchasing the real estate via the web browser, embedded in the purchaser' s or supplier' s terminal, on the internet(300). The user authentication server checks if the purchaser or the supplier is the authorized member through the ID and the password, and controls the member' s entrance and withdrawal. The service offering server makes the group for cooperatively purchasing the real estate, supports the searching service about the purchasing condition data, and checks if the purchaser entries to the housing association. The e-mail service server sends the supply condition of the real estate, presented by the supplier, to the purchaser by e-mail.
