PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information management system which evaluates a requested real estate property and performs simulation in the case of using the real estate property.SOLUTION : An R organization 1 adds the contents of the degree of ' important part evplanation' to real estate evaluation that is provided from real estate agencies 2, etc., and prepared by a licensed parson for transaction of building lot and building, fetches the real estate evaluation as primary real estate information, outputs secondary real estate information on the basis of the ' rel estate bood' of appraisal results while a prescribed appraising group supplements the primary information and makes a real estate database DB in a real estate data integrating center C store primary real estate data and secondary real estate data wherein. A CPU 4 provides the ' real estate book' which is accumulated from the agencies 2 and stored in the real estate database DB to the agencies 2, etc., and consumers 3 through an input-output device 5. The CPU 4 also performs use simulation corresponding to the evaluation of a real estate property and the use target of the real estate property on the basis of a plurality of items of the ' real estate book' .
