PURPOSE : An apparatus and a method for providing information on real estate on the Internet using an answering phone are provided to reduce economic losses generated from a dealing in real estate by enabling a real estate owner to make a direct deal with a demander in case that a dealing is performed according to information on real estate.CONSTITUTION : A wire/wireless terminal(100) outputs code data according as an Internet user operates a key in order to for the user to receive information on real estate. An answering phone server(200) receives the code data outputted from the wire/wireless terminal(100) and outputs an information message stored and the code data. A personal communication unit(300) outputs and displays information on real estate. A web server(400) receives the code data and real estate information data and drives a real estate information providing program. A member database(500) receives a control signal outputted from the web server(400) and stores personal information on members and the information on real estate. A message transmission server(600) converts the information on real estate into message data and outputs the data to the wire/wireless terminal.
