PURPOSE : A leasing and lotting out business method for dividing Internet virtual space into real administrative districts is provided to return part of a profit, generated by selling goods to a customer in an Internet electronic commerce shopping mall, to a member company leasing or possessing virtual real estate in which the customer is actually located.CONSTITUTION : A member company that wants to rent or parcel out virtual real estate makes out a sale application and notifies an Internet shopping mall manager of it(30). After confirming the sale application(40), the manager posts it on a bulletin board(50) and checks whether purchasers exist(60). A member company that wants to lease or be allocated virtual real estate searches for lotting-out areas(70) and confirms whether a desired area is leasable or can be parcelled out. In case that the leasing or lotting-out of the desired area is impossible, the member company makes out a purchase application and notifies the Internet shopping mall manager of it(80). If the leasing or lotting-out of the desired area is possible, the member company inputs a lotting-out order form(100) and executes logout(110).
