PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To save the trouble to visit the site to be purchased repeatedly by enabling any customer to freely view detailed information on real estate articles.SOLUTION : A customer terminal is connected to an auction server through the Internet and the auction server provides detailed information on real estate articles, e.g. important item explanatory leaflets, sale contracts, contract attached documents, etc., in homepage form; and any customer is able to freely view them and the customer has a means with which the customer bids for a desirable article and makes a successful bit according to the bidding price.
