PURPOSE : A method for managing a real property based on a GIS and a real property intermediating management system are provided to manage all sorts of articles for on sale of real estate being generated between a lessor and a lessee, and a seller and a buyer automatically based on geographical lot numbers capable of being used in a GIS(geographic information system).CONSTITUTION : In an electronic map having a lot number map, a topographical map, a principal building position map including addresses used in a GIS, an address to be registered by an article for on sale is searched, and the article for on sale is registered at a spatial position of the searched address and the corresponding attribute value is inputted using a symbol space object used in the GIS(a34, a35).
