PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate evaluation system capable of calculating an evaluation amount with high accuracy in a magnification area (area except area with land price based on accessibility) with a small number of land price data. SOLUTION : A controlling part selects three selected places P0, P1 and P2 surrounding an evaluation object places among a plurality of selected places on the basis of the position data of evaluation object places P*, sets a triangular area obtained by defining a position and a price as arguments on the basis of selected place data showing the positions and prices of the selected selection places and calculates the evaluation amount of the evaluation object place in accordance with the position of the evaluation object place within the triangular area.
