PURPOSE : A method and system for real estate futures transaction using the Internet is provided to achieve a futures transaction for real estate so that the transfer or lease of the real estate can be executed safely.CONSTITUTION : A user accesses a web server of a manager server part using a user terminal(S210) and inputs his ID and password to get futures transaction access approval(S220). The user searches for target futures using a search engine(S230). The user grasps the information of the searched real estate futures transaction(S240). The user selects a futures transaction type(S250), and puts his signature to a real estate futures transaction agreement(S260). A futures dealer inputs and registers transaction conditions(S270). The web server informs them that all the work for the futures transaction has been completed(S280). The web server makes the user input a password to be used for the futures transaction(S290). The futures dealer selects a payment method for the futures transaction(S300), and pays for the price according to the selected payment method(S310). The manager server part confirms whether all the process has been processed normally(S320). In case that all the process has been processed normally, the manager server part informs them that the deal has been completed normally(S330).
