PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system which verifies buyer' s evaluation of real estate development of a multiple dwelling house and provides real estate information matching the preference of each buyer.SOLUTION : The real estate information and a question regarding the evaluation of the real estate information are presented to a sample (buyer), a sample' s answer to the question is recorded by a computer together with its attribute information, and the answer and attribute information can be linked and totalized.
