A second process calculates an amount of money to deduct(53, 55). A third process subtracts the deduction amount of money(53, 55) from the calculated transfer estimate amount of money(33) and acquisition estimate amount of money(43), calculates a realty-transfer tax(63) to pay voluntarily, and displays the calculated realty-transfer tax(64) on a screen.?
