In case that the user selects the menu for interposing real estate for sale, a routine for interposing real estate is executed(S50). In case that the user selects the menu for searching real estate, a routine for searching real estate is executed(S60). In case that the user selects the menu for interposing advertisements, a routine for interposing advertisements is executed(S70). In case that the user selects a menu for connecting to another computer, a routine for connecting to another computer is executed(S80).
