A supplier connects to a basic site, and registers to a membership, and requests a real estate selling(S210), and inputs a desired selling condition to a real estate(S212), and manufactures publicizing data by receiving a help of oneself or a company(S214). The member agency, the consumer, and the supplier store manufactured data in a DB server of the company, the publicizing data are converted into dynamic image transmitting data using a media server(S216). Information is supplied to the consumer and the supplier(S218). A commodity of the supplier is publicized and searched in a moving picture(S220).
