PURPOSE : A method for guiding and retrieving a real estate using the wireless Internet and a GIS(Geographic Information System) is provided to efficiently guide and retrieve the real estate without the limit of time and space by directly inputting URLs(Uniform Resource Locators) of association sites using a wired and wireless Internet transmission method.CONSTITUTION : Real estate information is transmitted using a wired and wireless Internet information transmission method except for an SMS, an I-SMS, or a WAP push method. Receipt and authentication are performed through a company recognition agent for recognizing a mobile company by a URL direct input on the Internet. The received and authenticated applicant guides and retrieves a real estate address or a real estate according to a lot number using a portable terminal.
