PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate object information system capable of efficiently searching an object required by a customer and enabling a real estate agent to select a customer of a high agreement ratio.SOLUTION : Data storage technology capable of effectively utilizing not only the text data of real estate objects but also the picture data of the objects is investigated, a method for effectively utilizing these data is also investigated and an object data storing technology/application method capable of retrieving a required object from economical information, object information, convenience information, and picture information in the case of storing real estate object information as an electronic file and then providing the economical information, object information and convenience information suited to required conditions and picture information necessary for a user is investigated.
