PURPOSE : A real estate agent system using identified/notified information of real estate is provided to ensure the reliability of a buyer by reporting an estimation result about a real estate on sale through estimation of an agent at site.CONSTITUTION : A membership company database(100) stores data of membership companies such as a real estate agent necessary for real estate contract and moving. The membership companies provide services to a seller or a buyer. A central server(200) receives requests from the seller, the buyer and the membership companies. The seller inputs information about a real estate on sale into the central server(200), and the real estate agent visits the real estate on sale to report an estimation result to the central server(200). The central server(200) transmits information from the seller and the real estate agent into the buyer. An estimation module(300) relays the real estate agent with the seller for the estimation.?
