PURPOSE : An internet service system and method for providing 3- dimensional real-estate geographic information is provided to increase the efficiency of real estate information by displaying real estate for sale on an electronic map by sorts and types, and by enabling a user to click a position of the real estate displayed and confirm detail information on the real estate.CONSTITUTION : A computer system for the internet(11) is composed of a computer for the internet, a digital camera, a scanner and a printer for inputting or referring information on real estate using the internet. A real estate information user system(10) is composed of a wire/wireless phone set and a facsimile for inputting or referring the information using wire/wireless communication. A real estate information server system(22) manages a real estate database. An input system(23) inputs the real estate database. A real estate information database system(25) is composed of electronic map data, message data and multimedia data. A real estate service center system(20) is located between the user system(10) and the server system(22). The center system(20) is composed of a firewall system(21) capable of protecting the database. A communication network connects the center system(20) with the user system(10).? KIPO 2002
