PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apartment selling and buying support system, equipment for a support center, equipment for a data center, and a recording medium which enable free apartment dealings without being bounded by the custom of conventional real estate selling and buying and enables individuals to directly sell and buy an apartment without the intervention of a real estate broker or the like.SOLUTION : This system comprises the equipment 1 for the support center and equipment 2 for the data center, and the support center equipment 1 is connected to seller equipment 3 and buyer equipment 4 through a network line 6 to support apartment selling and buying. The support center equipment 1 is equipped with a registration reception part which receives an item registration request from the seller equipment 3, a material retrieval request part which requests the data center equipment 2 to retrieve material data regarding a registration-requested item, a retrieval result reception part which receives the retrieval result from the data center equipment 2, and a display part for the registered item or the like, which displays registration- requested item data and material data.
