PURPOSE : A system and a method for matching a real estate development using the Internet are provided to carry out the real estate development effectively and to create the stability and profitability for the real estate development cooperatively through a guide of a development service.CONSTITUTION : A terminal(10) serves as an Internet connection means of users requiring information about real estates, real estate development, investment, consulting, lease and rental. A first database(20) stores information on users who subscribed for a membership and fields of the users by categories after inducing the users to subscribe for a membership. A matching analysis process(30) analyzes desired matching information according to optional data inputted by a user after checking the connected user. A matching processor(40) searches the desired matching information in the first database(20) according to the information analyzed by the matching analysis processor(30) and then displays the searched matching information in real time.
