PURPOSE : A most effective operation information provision service through a real estate database is provided to provide real estate operation information via the Internet for the most effective use of real estates of real estate owners or users through a DB classified by real estates and a search program.CONSTITUTION : An Internet user requests for a connection to the site providing this service via the Internet(A01). A web server transmits a main page of the requested site(A02). The user requests for log-in to connect to the corresponding page providing this service(A03). When a log-in information inputted by the user is transmitted to a member database stored in a DATABASE through a CGI program, the member database searches for the ID matching with the log-in request information(A05). It is checked whether the user is a member(A06). If the user is a member, the transmission of the requested page is authenticated and the corresponding page is transmitted through a web server(A09).?
