PURPOSE : A method for managing a real estate intermediating site at an Internet communication network is provided to perform a real estate transaction rapidly by constructing a real estate intermediating site at a space of an Internet communication network, thereby enabling a seller and a buyer to perform a registering process and a checking process of an article for sale.CONSTITUTION : A site manager constructs a real estate intermediating site in a space of an Internet communication network(S10), and collects members who are using the Internet using a method as an advertisement(S11). If a user connects to a server computer for selling a real estate and enters to the homepage of the real estate intermediating site through the Internet communication network using seller terminals(S12), the server computer moves a seller to a sale article registering space for registering a real estate(S13). If a user connects to the server computer using buyer terminals through the Internet communication network and enters to the homepage of the real estate intermediating site for buying the insolvent bond(S14), the server computer moves the buyer to a sale article checking space for checking a real estate(S15). If the buyer selects a specific insolvent bond, the server computer moves the seller and the buyer to a price deciding space for deciding a trading price through a bargain(S16). If a contracting price is decided, a contract deposit is paid(S17). The server computer moves the buyer and the seller to a real estate contracting space, and the balance is paid, a legal contracting process is progressed(S18).
