PURPOSE : A method for managing an insolvent bond intermediating site is provided to purchase a real estate security real right by constructing an insolvent bond intermediating site at a space of an Internet communication network and to convert an insolvent bond in a financial institution into a solvent bond by performing a lending process in the financial institution with the corresponding real estate as collateral.CONSTITUTION : A site manager constructs an insolvent bond intermediating site in a space of an Internet communication network(S10), and collects members who are using the Internet using a method as an advertisement(S11). If a financial institution connects to a server computer for selling a secured real estate and enters to the homepage of the insolvent bond intermediating site through the Internet communication network using financial institution terminals(S12), the server computer moves a seller to an insolvent bond registering space for registering an insolvent bond(S13). If a user connects to the server computer using a real estate consumer terminal through the Internet communication network and enters to the homepage of the insolvent bond intermediating site for buying the insolvent bond(S14), the server computer moves the real estate consumer to an insolvent bond checking space for checking a registered insolvent bond(S15). If the real estate consumer selects a specific insolvent bond, the server computer moves the consumer to a contract space for progressing a contract(S16). If a contracting process is completed, the buyer and the seller are moved in a real estate space through an off-line, and the balance is paid, the ownership is delivered(S17). If the delivery process of the ownership is completed, the server computer moves the real estate consumer to a real estate loan on security space for receiving a loan from a financial institution(S18).?
