When the user requests for examination of the specific article(104), the site receives the request(1-5) and makes a request receipt list(107). A right examination database is searched(108). If the real estate requested by the user does not exist in the title examination database, the site requests a member store to examine the very real estate requested by the user or a real estate similar to the requested real estate(109). The member store examines the title and sends the result to the site. An operator of the site inputs and stores the data examined by the member store in the title examination database(110).
