PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an automatic supply method for automatically providing information of auction sale on real estate properties capable of distributing information of auction sale on real estate properties to user, in case that object in auction sale matches the conditions that user requests, by registering conditions that user requests at a terminal in advance.SOLUTION : In an automatic supply method for information of auction sale on real estate properties, that supplies information of an object in auction sale by a computer system, database for information of the object in an auction sale, database for information of conditions that user requests, a method for search and a server with each method for control of information, and a terminal to which a user of information connects via a communication network are used. A supplier, who supplies an object in auction sale sequentially inputs information on a new property in auction sale, into a database for information of a object by the automatic supply method, the user of information connects to the server by the terminal, the user of information registers at the server by inputting conditions about information of the object that user wishes to obtain. With respect to each condition that the user requests that are stored on database for information of conditions that user requests by the method for searching, the search for information of the object in auction sale is carried out regularly in the database for information of the object in auction sale, when the information on the property in auction sale matches the conditions that user is requesting, and then this information is supplied to the user by the communication network or by another method of communication.
