PURPOSE : Provided is a realty transaction brokerage and safety diagnosis agency service which supplements weak points of online transaction in diagnosing the safety of realty by the help of off-line activity so that it greatly raises the confidence of online transaction.CONSTITUTION : The realty transaction brokerage and safety diagnosis agency service is characterized by the steps of : (i) receiving sellers' request in the site or an affiliated agency; (ii) reporting survey schedule for requested realty to the sellers; (iii) surveying the realty in terms of external and internal structure, affiliated facilities, ambient surroundings, legal documents or so on by the accepted order; and (iv) uploading the survey results on internet and informing the affiliated agency of results.?
