PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an electronic agency system for real estate which provides real estate information on detached houses, mansions, reform, etc., through homepages and mediates in article contracting between a user and a real estate agent.SOLUTION : Real estate information of cooperative companies is provided through homepages, users who access the homepages are registered as members in a database, and members who access the homepages frequently among the registered members are extracted as promising customers; and individual information is e-mailed to the promising customers and cooperative companies regarding an article are introduced to a promising customer who desires to obtain the article regarding the individual information.
