The invention relates to a system and a process making it possible to manage client relationships throughout a cycle of real transaction on a distributed data-processing network. The process consists in receiving and to store, in a database, the data referring to several customers, that is to say purchasers and salesmen of real goods. They are data of active instructions which describe related services with a real estate ordered during the cycle of real transaction, of data of instructions carried out which describe related services to that the good realized during the aforementioned cycle, and of data of programming which describe related services with the real estate programmed during the cycle of real transaction. The process consists in moreover bringing up to date the data of active instructions, the data of instructions carried out and the data of programming as of the execution of related service to real estate ordered during the cycle of real transaction and making it possible to the customers to in full safety reach the computerized database, the monitoring of the data of active instructions, the data of instructions carried out and the data of programming being thus facilitated.
